Senior Fellow (Nonresident)
Alan J. Hawkins is a nonresident Senior Fellow with the Institute for Family Studies and an Affiliated Scholar with the Wheatley Institute at Brigham Young University. He also serves as the Vice-chair of the National Alliance for Relationship and Marriage Education and a member of the Utah Marriage Commission. He retired in 2023 as a professor of family life at Brigham Young University after a teaching and research career of 33 years.
