About Initiative

The Get Married Initiative is a research program that reviews the data on marriage, family formation, and life outcomes. The research to date has profiled the benefits of stably-married family to individuals, couples, their children, and wider American society.

Through this initiative, we aim to provide resources for a rising generation of Americans considering how to get married and establish a stable family life. The Get Married Initiative will produce a series of research papers and online tools available here.
