Nothing has been a more powerful cultural narrative targeting our generation than the attack on marriage and having kids, telling us that our lives are effectively OVER the moment we say "I do" or bring new life into the world. As a result, the United States is living through a record low marriage rate and an all time low fertility rate--with many scholars asking "how did we get here?" and "how can we fix it?"
