Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has as good intellect and social activism skills as his signature sky hook shot. He is known for not pulling punches in dismantling stereotypes, especially regarding athletes. It’s exactly what he did when he talked about the time former NBA player Tristan Thompson cheated on Khloé Kardashian in a special piece.

According to the Hall of Famer, it’s disappointing how people immediately started judging all athletes because of it. For Kareem, to generalize that all professional athletes are capable of committing infidelity may not be as bad as racial discrimination but it’s still wrong under any circumstance.
